Breakwater is a great place to live I absolutely love it. My view is amazing. Plus I have my first balcony so 10/10 for me…staff is outstanding [and the] building is always clean.

Great location, just 15 minutes to the 94… gym is very convenient, package deliveries are well organized, and there is a security system installed throughout the entire building …The clubhouse is very accessible and the view of the lake and the night sky from there is amazing…Management team are top notch, speedy to address questions and concerns…I have been here since April 2025, and I am very pleased, as I really do feel at home here.

I live here only one month and I love the place. A great area to live, beautiful views of the lake, close to restaurants and bars—no need to use a car. The building is new and well-managed. I have no complaints. I recommend it!

I love living here definitely the right choice, beautiful apartment and chuck and Ellen really take of us and maintain this place like nothing I have ever experienced, thank you guys !!!! Oh and every food place, bar or fishing spot including the look out, water front restaurants, and boat docks are within a 5 minute walk I never have to drive anywhere is pretty awesome.
